101 Selvage Rigid Denim 7Oz
101 Western Shirt
Dry L93XGB41
The original 1950s Western shirt with iconic detailing and (always) handpicked denim. Cut wider on the shoulder and tapering down to the waist, with pointed front yoke, longer sawtooth pockets, and bigger, beefier cuffs. Yokes strengthened the garment, but also accentuated a man’s shoulders, and snaps were a clever “breakaway” feature so the shirt wouldn’t get caught on a saddle or steer horn. The sleeves have been especially shaped for riding comfort. Rendered in Lee®'s GB selvage denim: an indigo dyed left-hand twill with a white selvage. Using a strong ring-spun effect, the fabric is smooth and creates a clean, smart finish. We've kept it dry and untouched for the wearer to break in naturally. Contrast threads and chunky Mother of Pearl snap buttons.
